I had the opportunity to meet Dianne during a boat ride in Tempe. She has an incredible passion for her line of work and I would recommend her to any dog owner looking for exceptional service!

Such a knowledgeable dog trainer and just an overall great human being! I appreciate her style and positive attitude. Seriously, if you are looking for a great dog trainer, look no further!

Dianne is awesome! Her philosophy that training is a natural offshoot of good communication is an incredibly effective and compassionate way of working.

My mom, step dad & I watched your video about your decision to take Brutus in. We sat & watched with tears rolling down our face. We were so touched & relieved that he found a home where he will always feel safe & loved!!! We really wanted him but couldn’t handle the aggressiveness! Always felt guilty for not doing something more for him! But in the long run he has found the best home anyone could ever give him! Thank you so much for loving him & giving him everything he needs! He couldn’t be happier!

Di is absolutely a dog whisperer! She has an amazing gift. My hubby was also impressed and he is not easily impressed! I am so excited to finally feel like we are in charge of our pack. Thank you. Thank you for your time and expertise. You are wonderful!

Di has a gift that I’m still trying to understand. She’s given me great advice by phone, long distance. There are just some people who get it. I haven’t given up on my fur boy. He is getting better...

Bella is doing great after her evaluation! Everyone at home, including our nannies, are following your style and it’s working. You’re amazing.

If you’re having an issue with your animal, call Dianne. This woman is a true wonder!

Being able to reach out to Dianne after a particularly bad day with my dog Coop was such a relief! She was able to talk through the circumstances and help me identify the triggers that caused his behaviors. That included her being able to pinpoint my current mindset so I could take control of my emotions and the situation. It was great to step back into the situation with my head right and some tools to get us to the next day. I appreciate your time so much!

Dianne—I really can’t believe this....I have never been able to sit on my couch alone in 5 years without one of my dogs pawing me to get up on the couch. I followed your instructions during our telephone consultation and it worked! One went to lay down in her bed and the other followed and stayed there while we talked. It made me excited when I thought there was no hope.

Pastry the piglet screamer

Pastry the piglet screamer

Since Pastry completed training, things are going better than we expected! We’ve been doing TONS of focus work with her both inside and outside. The first session of the day is a little hard for her but we keep them pretty short and just keep working. By the last session, she’s solid. Yesterday, we went on an actual walk around the neighborhood! We saw cats, bikes and other dogs and she was quiet! Can you believe it?? She did try to pull at times but she’s responding to the leash corrections. She has improved so, so much. I’m hoping maybe in a few more weeks we can try the ultimate test - a restaurant! Maybe you could even bring Petunia! She’s a great dog and we’re so appreciative that you helped to calm her down. We’ve been spreading the word about you!

Bruce has settled in perfectly. He is completely calm. He slept in his crate all night. I have an out-of-town guest and he is maintaining calm. Very happy dog. Thank you Dianne Marcinizyn!

I was having problems with my new puppy jumping on people when they came to the house. He is 70 pounds and lots of energy so I was afraid he would unintentionally hurt someone. I've known Di for years and now that she has started her training business, I called her for help. She did great with Calvin! Not only did she work with him at the house but she taught me techniques to use to carry on with the training. Calvin is still a puppy and still gets excited but now things are under control! I really appreciate Di's help and would recommend her to anyone looking for assistance with their four legged family members.

We are first time dog owners and were having problems with our rescued poodle mix, Jasper. He was on the verge of being sent back to the shelter! Ms. Dianne came in and quickly assessed the situation. She taught us easy-to-use methods that have made a world of difference for Jasper and our family. Thanks to Dianne and Find Your Inner dog for helping Jasper and our entire family!

It was really important to me to find a trainer who would help me address Cooper’s extremely stubborn behavior and also make sure that he was being given the healthy space he was needed to feel safe. Dianne was enthusiastic and focused during our training. She pointed out specific behaviors and showed me techniques to address those behaviors. Cooper went from lunging at other dogs, acting out, and baying aggressively at the beginning of the session to being able to relax in the down position while dogs were walking by on leash at a close but safe distance. After a one hour consultation, I was able to walk away with at least five concrete things to work on in order to continue with the progress that we made!

I met Dianne a few years ago when I was a volunteer with Desert Labrador Retriever Rescue. I was fostering a special dog, Boomer, who recently went blind. Boomer was adopted and returned within a few days. It was my first experience with a special needs dog and I wondered if he would find the right family. After talking with Dianne on the phone, we arranged to bring Boomer to her house for a visit. When we drove up, Dianne was waiting outside. As I watched her reaction to seeing Boomer, I knew right away that it was meant to be. We stayed in touch after the adoption and I saw Boomer bond with his new family, learn to swim, and go on a road trip to the beach. Sadly, Boomer became ill and went to the Bridge – but he couldn’t have had a better home for his final months.

A few years later, after moving out of state, my husband and I adopted a rescue dog, Indy. With all my foster volunteer experience, I never imagined that it would be a challenge to bond with a new dog – but it was. Dianne was there for me. She listened to my concerns, shared her own experiences, and offered advice. Her support was very helpful. It took a few months for Indy to settle in and we are now a bonded, happy pack.

Thank you so much Dianne! You have one very satisfied customer! As I told you, I had my doubts because of the trepidation my dogs have shown around the water. I just wanted to make sure that they knew how to get out of the pool if they accidentally fell in. I never expected to see my dogs swimming around and enjoying themselves! I’m so impressed by what you did, how you did it, and you taught me some very good lessons. We ordered our new leashes today and bought Cheech his life vest tonight. He will be sporting orange!! Again many thanks. You are on the right path.

Thank you for helping us long distance, Dianne! You were able to assist my husband and me with our pack - Sasha, our 10 year old Puggle and Duke, our 16 month old Pitbull. You talked us through not only our animals’ behavioral issues and what triggered them, but also educated us with regard to our human body language and emotions that needed work. As a 100% satisfied customer, thank you for training this entire pack of 2 humans and 2 doggies! We appreciate all that you have done and continue to do for us!

I found Find Your Inner Dog after desperately looking for the perfect trainer for our pitties newly found leash aggression. I read Miss Dianne's story of Petunia how she became a trainer and knew that she would be our best chance at learning how to walk politely. I reached out and immediately clicked with Dianne, texting her for almost two hours the first night we had ever talked.

Dianne was so flexible with her schedule, as we were night shift travel nurses, hoping to get a few training sessions in before heading back to busy busy Chicago and big scary elevators. Miss Dianne knows her stuff.

She is a no bullshit kind of girl and didnt let the boys get away with their ill-manners. Training two big dogs at once was a lot, but she was up for the task. I loved that a big basis of her training had to do with the owner being calm and in control, where we practiced being confident and "chill" while holding the leash. We loved being able to go to her home and practice around her "pack" as well as the other dogs she was training. Now both dogs are confident in the elevators and continuously working on their manners on leash. Not only is Dianne and wonderful dog trainer but she and her husband are just all around kind people. The only downfall is we wish we could've stayed in Arizona longer to get more training/time with her.
