First-time Boarding/Live-In Training Contract 

  1. Please complete this form ONLY:

    • if you are boarding with us FOR THE FIRST TIME and have texted me re availability. 602-647-0919.

    • if you are scheduling live-in training

  2. Repeat boarding clients may complete the Boarding Addendum.

  3. Dogs scheduled for boarding and/or training are required to be:

    • Fully kennel/crate trained, without anxiety, barking, whining, howling, digging, etc., for intermittent periods of daytime rest and overnight sleeping.

    • Potty trained to not soil their kennel

    • Free of fleas and ticks

    • If they do not meet the above requirements, they run the risk of being sent home or to your emergency contact

    • If kennel and/or potty training is needed, please discuss in advance with us as we will need to structure a training program to meet your needs or train with you ahead of time. 

    • Please do not have your dog visit a grooming or boarding facility for two weeks prior to your visit here to decrease the likelihood of kennel cough exposure.

  4. A $100 boarding deposit PER DOG is required to hold reservations. A credit in that amount will be applied to your completed boarding or refunded with at least 21 days’ notice of cancellation. Payment can be made through Venmo to DiMarcinizyn or Zelle using our phone number 602-647-0919.

  6. Boarding and/or training dates are not scheduled or guaranteed UNTIL you receive written confirmation from Find Your Inner Dog, LLC after we’ve received your deposit, contract and vaccination records. If a reasonable amount of time has passed (24-48 hours) and you haven't heard from us after submitting your paperwork, please text us at 602-647-0919. Dogs who have never boarded with us before are required to complete a one night dry run in boarding while you are in town. Technology fails sometimes so always be safe and check in with us.

Surcharges for aggressive cases will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
